The RetroChill concept addressing the most important equipment adopts a systematic approach. For hospitality, schools, residential towers, commercial buildings, and shopping malls we undertake a systematic approach before suggesting a RetroChill option.
Inspection: The equipment is thoroughly inspected to assess the exact condition of the key components.
Engineering: Based on the inspection, the Retrofit solution is designed. A careful Return on Investment (ROI) analysis is conducted before the solution is recommended to the customer.
Procurement: The key components are ordered directly from the original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
Retrofit: Once the new components and kits arrive, a time bound program is determined to undertake the retrofit.
Startup and Commissioning: Experienced technicians and engineers undertake the startup.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Training is provided to the customer on PPM. Products such as an Assured Maintenance Contract are also available to care for the machines.
Service Capabilities
All service is performed by trained, experienced personnel using the latest engineering, diagnostics, and testing equipment. Standard controls, critical parts, packaged assemblies, and electrical/electronic components are efficiently sourced from OEMs.
